Havisha is an MD/MPH student in the Feinberg class of 2025. She grew up in the Chicago suburbs and graduated from Washington University in St. Louis with a degree in Computational Biology & Genomics and Healthcare Management. During college, Havisha was a student in the Biotechnology Entrepreneurs Pathway program where she explored business and development processes in the medical entrepreneurship space. In addition, she worked on numerous research projects, most notably in behavioral health and health services. These experiences fueled Havisha’s interest in community health and expanding access to culturally competent care, and she is excited to work towards this in collaboration with community partners in the Greater Chicago area. Outside of classes, Havisha enjoys baking, dance, and exploring the city.
