Dinushi Kulasekere

Dinushi is a medical student in the Feinberg School of Medicine Class of 2023. Originally from Akron, OH, Dinushi graduated from The Ohio State University in 2018 with a BS in Economics. As an undergraduate student, she was involved with both health economics research and clinical research, as well as the Pure Water Access Project – a non-profit organization focused on international project-based solutions to the global water crisis. After graduating, Dinushi spent a year working as an Account Coordinator for a healthcare IT company called CoverMyMeds where she was further exposed to the various players in the healthcare industry and how they influence health outcomes. In her free time, Dinushi enjoys dancing, singing, musical theater, traveling, exploring different cuisines, and spending time with loved ones.
